On macOS release builds, build GLib into the private dependency prefix first so
`WINUAE_UNIX_WITH_CHD` is enabled by default and builds CHD hardfile/CD image support. `WINUAE_UNIX_WITH_CHD_FLAC` is also enabled by default, but macOS builds skip FLAC codecs if the available libFLAC was built for a newer deployment target.
`WINUAE_LZMA_SDK_FETCH` is enabled by default. When archive or CHD support needs the 7-Zip/LZMA SDK, CMake uses `WINUAE_LZMA_SDK_DIR`, defaulting to a build-tree `_deps/lzma-sdk/16.04` cache. If that cache is missing, CMake downloads `WINUAE_LZMA_SDK_URL` and verifies it against `WINUAE_LZMA_SDK_SHA256` before extraction.
`WINUAE_UNIX_WITH_JIT` is enabled by default where the Unix host backend is wired, including ARM64 and x86_64.
